Educational, counseling, and therapeutic professionals often face enormous challenges:
exhaustion, helplessness, and the feeling of being unable to act effectively are not uncommon. When conflicts escalate, contact is threatened, and children are caught in the crossfire, more than just specialist knowledge is required – it requires a trauma-sensitive approach, clear tools, and sustainable structures.

This advanced training will enable you to act confidently and competently in challenging family systems.

The course provides both theoretical foundations and concrete, practical approaches for supporting, advising and stabilizing high-conflict families.

Contents include:

Understanding trauma and conflict dynamics
Development of trauma-sensitive attitudes and strategies
Assistance planning, conversation skills and intervention approaches
Space for reflection and practical application
The goal is to empower you – for greater clarity, effectiveness, and protection when dealing with complex family systems.
